Hope this is the right conference to post in but...

I am trying to create a self-contained presentation
in acrobat and I'm having a few issues:

1) is there any way to embed a small video in a pdf
without having an external file. so I can email a
single pdf without sending any additional files?

2) I am creating this so it opens up in full-screen
mode with no menu bars or anything, so I would
like to create one button that will allow the viewer to
print, and one that will allow them to exit.

I've tried using "execute menu item" and that
doesn't seem to work. is this a java script thing or
something?? is there any way to pull this off???

thanks in advance!

btw - i work on a mac and the audience for this pdf
will be on a pc -- don't know if this matters...
