Why not try this trick that many others are doin': If
your QuarkXPress document is open, save it as an
EPS file (File->Save as EPS File). Next open your
Acrobat Distiller, open your EPS file from File
menu, and distill.. Before distilling, however, bring
your settings to the lowest allowed (Downsample -
72 DPI, etc.)
