We need your help/suggestion on how best to handle the following:
We have an online database at our website (Microsoft Access 2000) that =consists of Names (first and last), address, city, township, county, =state and zip that we want to be able to do the following with the data:
1. While online at our website, have our web site visitor be able to =query the database fields to create a subset of records (for example, =all customers within a certain township living on a certain street).
2. Take this mailing list that is generated and then select while at our =web site a form letter (either pre-written or where the web visitor can =enter their own copy), or a postcard or mailing label and do a mail =merge with the info from the database then,
3. Output to the web visitors printer for printing whether on blank =letterheads, postcards or Avery Labels.
Basically we are looking for some way to merge the records with a =pre-defined form and be able to output it to the web site visitors =printer.
Can you recommend any software products that would accomplish what we =are trying to do that could be integrated with a web site?
