Whenever I try to convert a word document form ASP page using ActivePDF DocConverter , which has been edited using a different language setttings (other than english), the ActivePDF DocConverter is crashing the application and then further from there none of our conversions work, I have to restart the machine.

How can I eliminate this problem ? I am trying to to stop the conversion proccess in the case the ActivePDF is not going to be able to convert the document which has been edited in different language settings of Microsoft Word. Is there a way to read document properties ? Any other solutions ?

Thank you for your help
