Topic: PDF Form Fields won't print data

I'm using Acrobat on a PowerBook running MacOS
9.2 I've created a PDF form with field to people to
use in Argentina. Previously, people just print out
the blank forms and fill them out by hand.

To make it obvious that it should be filled out in
Acrobat Reader, I gave every form field a blue
border, but I want just the form and the data
entered to print out. I selected "Form Field Is
visible but does not print" Thinking that the box
and not the data would disappear. Wrong. What
setting should I use to make the form fields
obvious but only let the data print out?

Thank you for your help.
