Hello -

I am new to this forum, and PDF, and I apologize for my lack of expertise.

I have 129 inspection forms which are now in MS Word 2000 formats. I need to set them up in a PDF format, which I am hoping to be able print using a filter form in Access 2000. The forms contain several graphics and detailed schematics. The graphics and schematics were created in PowerPoint, and inserted into the Word documents to create the forms.

It is my hope that I can create a PDF format so that each form will represent a page, which can then be used as a form of identification which will allow each form to be printed independently as needed using the filtered list in the Access form.

I would truly appreciate it if someone could please enlighten me as to whether or not this can be done in this manner, or perhaps has a suggestion of how it can otherwise be done.

Thanking you in advance for your time and input.
Best regards, Jan
