Software - Access 2000 and Acrobat Distiller 5.0.5 running on Windows 2000 Professional.

Does anyone know a way of automating Access with Acrobat Distiller?

I have a report which needs to be printed to pdf, this report is based on a query holding several hundred records. It is quite easy to select Print to Distiller and type the file save name for the pdf file. But... I need to run a report for each record within the query. This would mean entering the query criteria and file name for each record!! There must be a quicker way..

The main problem is getting Access to communicate with Acrobat Distiller via VBA, i.e. when using the following method:

DoCmd.OutputTo objecttype[, objectname][, outputformat][, outputfile][, autostart][, templatefile]

The only supported outputformats within Access 2000 are:


Any help would be appreciated.
