Topic: Automatic re-distilling of a PDF doc

Hers the objective : Using VB6, I open a PDF doc, with some 300 form fields on it. I populate the fields with valid data and save the doc again. This bit all works fine

I now want to re-make the PDF so the fields dissappear and it becomes one PDF document. The only way I can do this is to print it manual through distiller and specify a filename. This gives me what I need (ie the doc is halved in size and the the new pDF does not have editable fields)

Does anyone know how to automate this bit

Cheers
