Topic: Control Numbers for Contracts

We currently have 5 part contract forms that have control numbers on them. We keep track of what numbers are sent to our outside offices the same way we keep track of checks. I have created the contract in Acrobat but don't know what to do about the control numbers. The employees would be completing the contracts on their laptops and printing them off at their locations. Any suggestions?
