Topic: Overwrited form fields when inserting other PDFs

I have 1 PDF file to act as a template with a table of empty form fields so that I could use the template to populate data from DB.

I wrote a program in VB such that when the total data entries in the DB are more than the rows in the table of the PDF template, it will automatically create another new PDF using the same PDF template so that those overflowed rows would be written in a new page.

Now, when I have finished populating the data and generated each individual PDF which each contains 1 page of data, and when I want to compile all of them together using the InsertPages from the PDDoc class, I have the problem that the compiled output PDF have all form field data being overwritten.

One of the scenarios is like this:
After generating each individual PDF:
page 1 (out-1.pdf): field name: sn1, field data: 001
page 2 (out-2.pdf): field name: sn1, field data: 002

After creating a new PDF for saving compiled output using InsertPages method:
page 1 (out-c.pdf): field name: sn1, field data: 001
page 2 (out-c.pdf): field name: sn1, field data: 001 <--- overwritten

Is there a way to rename the form field names during run time using VB?

By the way, I am using the FDF toolkit to fill up the form fields.

Anyone could kindly help on this? Thanks in advance.
