I've created a 50 page manual in Word. The document is oriented as landscape and set up in two columns. On the front page is an image in the second column (the first column is blank). I used a Section Break (next page) at the end of the first (title) page.
When I use Distiller 3.0 (all I have access to) the PDF document is created perfectly EXCEPT, that the first page is created in portrait orientation. The rest of the document is landscape.
I've rechecked all the Word settings and the entire document is set us as landscape. I've even changed the section break on the first page to continuous, with the same results.
Anyone have any thoughts as to why this first page is created in the portrait orientation?
