I'm curious to know....

"You need to call
your PDCryptNewAuthDataProc from within your implementation of the
PDCryptGetAuthDataProc, simply fill it in programmatically and pass the
data structure back to Acrobat."

Why is PDCryptNewAuthDataProc a callback if you need to call it manually?
