Topic: how to check all the check boxes

In Acrobat 4 when I wanted to overlay a series of crosses over two alternatives I found a very simple way to do this - probably everyone else already knew this! All I did was to put a string of check boxes over the word(s) I wanted to blank out and gave them all the same name. Clicking on one box checked all boxes of the same name at once. So if the instruction was "delete as appropriate" for the following text:

I would put check boxes (called, say, A) over the first alternative, and check boxes (called, say, B!) over the second one. Then all I had to do was click once either on an "A" box or on a "B" box.

This does not seem to work any more in Acrobat 5. Am I missing something? Have I inadvertently done something wrong? Or is there another way to achieve the same effect?

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
