I have PDF's on our inter-company site that 120 (Acrobat Reader) users access, key into fields, then print off. Each of the users has to enter specific non-changing information (such as their name, address, office phone number, etc.) onto the forms each time they use them. Users are wanting to be able to key this specific, non-changing information in once on the PDF and save the revised PDF to their desktop. They cannot do this because they only have Reader. (They will not be given the full blown version of Acrobat.) Is it possible to somehow have this specific information in a document (Word perhaps) on their desktop and they can actually copy the information and paste it in the PDF each time they use the form? An alternative would be to make a PDF for each user with their own specific information as a permanent part of the document, but multiply many forms by 120 users and that's a ton of forms. Any suggestions?
