I am working with a VB project and I developed an application which generate more than a thousand PDF files in a single click. In order to achieve this I used adobe postscript language.I used tags and scripts to achieve my goal. Now the report is in English and working fine.

Now I want to change the the report into its corresponding Japanese version. Here I am facing problems.I don't know even how to start and proceed.
I have PC with windows XP in Japanese.I created some tables containing japanese values and able to write these values in Text file. But I am failing to create PDF file.I think the main problem is with the fonts.

Can I use my VB application(with some modifications) to create Japanese PDF files.?

If not , any other alternative solution?

My requirement is to generate PDF in japanese by reading values from SQL server database.

Is Adobe s/w like writer or distiller cater my requirement.
