I am getting the following error message when trying to print pdf files:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
For information on how your program can cause an assertion failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.
(Press the Retry to debug the application. JIT must be enabled.) "
This is a new problem for this computer, I was previously able to print pdf files. We have another computer which is networked to this one sharing a printer. I am able to print the same pdf file by giving the command to print from the second computer. The error prompt appears on both pdf files from the Internet and pdf files which I have created and saved.
I have reformatted my C drive hoping to fix any HP files which may be causing the error. I have loaded the most current driver for my HP 990CXI printer. I have removed and reloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader. Please, what can be tried to fix this error prompt and allow me to print pdf files once again? Thanks for any help, RBButler in OKC
