In order to automatically create pdf with links u have to use acrobat 5 pdfMaker and add minor program that will fill out the file name in the Save as window and will send "return" key to the window.
To catch and send keys to the window with vb6 use this APIs :

FindWindow (Then look for the Window's children)

GetClassName (You Need to find the ComboBoxEx32)

SendMessageTimeOut (Send File Name. Use the Wm_SetText parameter)

PostMessage (Use the Wm_KeyDown Parameter, and the Vk_Return key)

Good Luck.
