Topic: Is there a way to force the saved output location to the same folder (network folder)? (Via Email)

Hello, (A variation of a previous question I asked a while back)

I'm wondering is there a way to force the saved output location to the
same folder (network folder)?
(Instead of "Ask for PDF file destination")
Like maybe a plug in that ads an option to Distillers "Output Options"
section?
("Force PDF file destination to...")

In other words I don't want my staff to be able to choose where to put
the file.
The purpose is to allow an automated process where multiple copies are
made of the original (unedited) pdf via the OS. Automating the copying
at this point is done to help avoid the human error element.
