Topic: HELP posting to ASP page

Gordon Kent has an example that sounds simple from reading his text until he says "paste the following ASP script" into an ASP file...
<%@ LANGUAGE = VBScript%>
<% Response.ContentType = "application/vnd.fdf
1 0 obj
/FDF << /Fields [
<< /V (<%=Date%>)/T (date) >>
<< /V (<%=Time %>)/T (time)>>
/Root 1 0 R
That is not standard ASP. Isn't there a simple way post from a PDF to an ASP file? Acrobat 5 has a submit action that allows me to specify HTML but the ASP file that I post to doesn't seem to read the form's values.
Please point me to some "easy to understand" examples of this.
