Hi
Does anyone know how to make sure that PdfMaker will preserve hyperlinks in Headers and Footers. I want to make some buttons with hyperlinks and put in the headers so that they will come out in all the pages automatically - but i have experimented and PDFMaker wont preserve the hyperlink unless its in the body of the Word document.

I need to find a way to easily put these hyperlinks (they are like navigaional buttons) in the document either in its source in Word or in the PDF's. There are too many documents and pages to do it manually.

UPDATE: Ive tried JAWS PDF Creator and there is an option to "LOOK FOR HYPERLINKS IN HEADERS AND FOOTERS" but it does not work.
