Topic: How to combine PDF pages into one file from VBA?

Apologies if this is a FAQ, I've searched through the forum and I haven't found a solution.

I've written an Access97 database for a client that also has Acrobat 4.x and they are using WinXP Pro. They have been creating simple PDF versions ot their reports using Distiller as a printer. So far so good.

Now they need to print a different type of report that is multiple pages. Due to a design decision I needed to make, the Access application produces each page of a multi-page report as a separate document. This is OK when sending a print job to a printer but when sending the job to Distiller the users are prompted to create a separate PDF file for each page.

What I need to know is... is there a simple way to merge the PDF "pages" into a single multi-page PDF from VBA code? This pretty well needs to be done using Access and Acrobat as there is no budget for 3rd party tools at this point. The solution also shouldn't require my users to perform any additional steps.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
