Topic: pdfmark / distiller conversion accuracy prob.

I am creating PDF documents using pdfmark and distiller where I add form fields, but for some reason the rectangle coordinates that I use to define the fields is being truncated to integers. Is this expected behaviour? Is there some setting in distiller that I need to define. The accuracy is pretty important. I can redraw the field after the fact with better accuracy, for example.
Here's an example:
PDFmark code:
/T (018-38340-MV11)
/Rect [ 346.29 461.312 338.348 469.254 ]
/FT /Btn
/Subtype /Widget
/F 4
/Ff 65540
/A << /S /JavaScript /JS (HiliteDev\(event.target\);\r) >>
/BS << /S /S /W 1 >>
/MK << >>
/DA ( /Helv 12 Tf 0 g)
/ANN pdfmark

creates a field called 018-38340-MV11
In PDF javascript if I run this on the resulting distilled PDF

var myRect=theDoc.getField("018-38340-MV11").rect;
console.println("Device : 018-38340-MV11 UL:( "+ myRect[0] +" , "+ myRect[1] +" ) LR:( "+ myRect[2] +" , "+ myRect[3] +" )");

I get these results
Device : 018-38340-MV11 UL:( 461 , 346 ) LR:( 469 , 338 )

instead of
Device : 018-38340-MV11 UL:( 461.312 , 346.29 ) LR:( 469.254 , 338.348 )
