Cool! What program is that??

The image inside of the PDF won't be a "native" TIFF image
since PDF's don't include TIFF's. So any software would have to
either rasterize the PDF page into TIFF or extract and convert.

ImageMagick - will happily let you
convert all of the PDF's into TIFF's.
