I suggest that as you start out, you use Capture for simpler tasks, such
as TIFF to PDF/Searchable Image conversion. Deal with links (if any -
bookmarks are better for Tables of Contents anyhow) in Acrobat AFTER you
are happy with the conversion results you get from Capture.
