There are several ways of avoiding and solving such problems. Since you've
already created the file, perhaps the best way to recover may be to use the
"Document > Number Pages" feature of Acrobat but I'd need to see the file.
There's quite a bit to learn about Capture that is perhaps best explained in
a classroom environment. If you're interested, there is a hands-on Capture
class in Chicago scheduled for Feb. 14th (or when/wherever else you want).
