1. I own an iMac with Acrobat Reader 5.0 installed. I have no trouble
downloadig pdf documents and can read them on screen, but whenever I try to
print the document (no matter what document it is) I get the following
prompt: " The application, Acrobat Reader 5.0 has unexpectedly quit, because
an error of type 2 occurred."

2. Thinking I might have a defective version of Acrobat Reader, I went to
the Adobe site and downloaded Acrobat Reader 5.1. What shows up on my
desktop is a file "rdrweb.sit." When I double-click the icon I get the
following message: "The document 'rdrweb.sit' could not be opened because
the application program that created it could not be found."

Help, please!
