Topic: Electronic signatures and appending

We are trying to reduce paper usage and are working on generating pdf files instead of scanning everything. We have pens so that electronic signatures can be added to the document. My problem is that Compose (the software plug-in I use to append pieces, paginate and TOC) loses signatures. I've contacted them and they are aware of the problem: "We have noted this functionality for future consideration."
I've tried using a java library instead of Compose and am experiencing the same problem. Is there a product available that will append, paginate, TOC AND keep electronic signatures?

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Denni
