I am a complete newbie with pdf and fonts. But I am using pdf995, which in turn uses ghostwriter to convert doc to pdf. But the euro sign for our company wide used font which is Avenir (a .pfm Windows type 1 font) won't convert from doc to pdf, it works fine for the normal font as arial, times new roman ect.. I donít know if this got anything to do with my problem but I noticed that this font was not listed in the Font Substitution Table in the pdf printer properties. Is there some way you know how to add support for the euro sign for this font with pdf995 / ghostwriter? All help would be greatly appreciated.
