Topic: Adding Comments to Acrobat Reader file

Hi everyone, would there be a plug-in to allow comments to be added to a PDF file using Acrobat reader only??? I have Acrobat 5, and was wondering if the comments can be added using a plug-in with just the reader??
In addition, is there another tool that would allow me to add comments other than the type seen in Acrobat 5?
