Topic: Disable Hot keys in Adobe Acrobat

Dear All,

I am currently working on Adobe Acrobat Plugin development in Visual C++. I want to know how we can gain control over hot keys of Adobe Acrobat. I have searched about this problem in lots of user forums and web sites. What I was able to find, was that if you invoke AVAppRegisterForPageViewKeyDown event (Provided by Adobe Acrobat SDK) then you can be able to capture the key down event. But, I am unable to get certain keys/events that, I think, are registered events of Adobe Acrobat Viewer (i.e. CTRL+F=Find Event, CTRL+R=Page Rotate Event). In order to avoid such non-desired operation, Is there a way that I can disable them?

I think, if we disable the menu item for Find then upon pressing the relevant key (Ctrl+F=Find), it won't execute Find. Please comment on it.

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
