Has anyone else run into this?

I'm using File > Create Acrobat PDF, and check Output > Create Cross-References and TOC links, and check Display opitons > Thin Rectangle.

Hyperlinks are generated in the TOC, but the thin rectangles and the links themselves are all 11 lines lower than they should be. So the first rectange on the TOC is floating somewhere around section 1.3.1 even though the link sends me to the first section.

Does any know how to fix this so that my links are properly located?
