Please help.

When printing to a PS file through excel, after making sure all the workbooks have the same printer settings saved, as well as my PC's printer settings consistent, I keep getting the "... Host Fonts . . " error for certain books but not others! This is so even though the Adobe Printer Properties are set correct (and same) for the Printer and through EACH individual excel workbook but still only successful for some. Any suggestions?
Error:
"When you create a postscript file you have to send the host fonts. Please go to the Acrobat Distiller printer properties, "Adobe PDF Settings" page and turn OFF the option "Do not send fonts to Distiller"

I'll try and attach scrn prnt of error.

I'm using WIN2000 and excel 2002.

This is NOT seen when using NT w/excel 2000 or lower.
