Hi All,

I have some jobs with PDF.
The workflow is like this.

1) I have a lot of pdfs reserved in a page.(No need to "create" a new pdf in server)

2) I make an index into a map file with the text contents of these pdfs when they added to the servers related directory.
I made a tool for this which doesn't use adobe.

3) A user wants to search and see some word.
I make a search in map file(step 2). And found the pdf files and the related pages. Then with an Adobe plugin of mine(remotely connectable-multithreaded) I highlight these words and save the page image into a jpeg file and redirect the output to these jpegfile.

This system works. The problem is Adobe. I can't use Adobe Acrobat in a server. Think that I need to add some highlighting and save the pdf "appearance" to a jpeg file(I don't need the jpeg coverter side of course, I have it.) What do you advice? Does Adobe have any server side solution for this limited operations or has a server side solution other than graphic server! which I can't play on images!

Or is there any other products which I can use?

Oguzhan
