We have encountered a problem where postscript output
from Illustrator 10 on a Mac (both OS9 and OSX) and
processed through Distiller (4 or 5), results in the custom
page box being rotated through 90 degrees resulting in the
edge of the image being cropped on the PDF.

We have tried all sorts of page setup options to combat this
but have had no success

Has anyone got any idea why this may be happening and
what, if anything can be done to rectify this problem?
