It doesn't, apparently. Adobe has indicated that it won't be upgraded to version 6. They've also mentioned that the current version of Approval (5.05) will continue to be available. They haven't said for how long, unfortunately. When Business Tools (4.05) was similarly condemned, it was available for about 6 months after the release of Acrobat 5. But that was because Approval -- a suitable replacement -- was released.
