I'm sorry, but I missed the posts before this one. Are you trying to
remove the JavaScript from a group of files?

If so, take a look at File>Batch Processing>New Sequence. In the list
of canned actions, choose PDF Consultant: Detect and Remove. Add it,
then double-click it, choose to remove JavaScript actions, and OK. Then
just set the rest of the options for the batch and run it.
