I thought I replied but I guess not. In 6.0 do you have control over the line width and color or mark-ups with the "pen"? Can you save the marked up version in full (unlike the Windows Journal markup which seems to become dis-associated with the underlying file)? My needs are simple, and yet unmet: the ability to take a document in .pdf, and essentially hand-write notes all over it, then send it back as a revised .pdf file to the party who asked for my comments. Right now, I print out the document and use a reality-based pen to write comments, then inserted the marked document in a fax machine and send it back to the person requesting the comments. That's paper-centric. I was hoping someone would eliminate the need for all that.
