There have been several posts in the past about a graphic-based highlighting tool (similar to that available for TIFF images in the Kodak Imaging software distributed with MS OS for years). This doesn't exist in 5.0 or any plug-in I can find. Is there any change in 6.0?

There are many instances where we need to highlight an area of a graphic, not actual text. The rectangle and circle tools are not sufficient and we are hoping 6.0 will provide this functionality.
