How do I load ProcSets into distiller ?
On normal printers I just print them with a special prefix PS which writes them to the right place on the hard disk.
In Distiller it doesn't have write access to (%genericresource%ProcSet/myprocname)
I can't discover what %genericresource% translates to (if anything to put the file there directly, or change the protection, or anything).

Jobs give "Error: undefinedresource; OffendingCommand: findresource" because I can't install the required ProcSet resource.

Using Distiller (4.0 - problems with 5.0 on Mac) on Windows 2000.
