Topic: Named Destinations when converting from Word2PDF

Hello, I've got some questions concerning Named Destinations.

I have a MSWord document that I want to convert to PDF.

I also have added some Word Fields to generate Named Destinations in the PDF document. The Fields are of the following format:

{PRINT \p Group "[/Dest /myDestination /DEST pdfmark" \* MERGEFORMAT}

The only problem I have now, is that when you GoTo "myDestination" it inherits the View. In my case, it defaults to the top-left corner of the page. But when "myDestination" is located at the bottom of the page, it still defaults to the top-left (thus the text that myDestination "points" to is not visible!).
I found out that it is possible to specify the View with the \View tag. But I don't know what values to choose. How can I set the \View tag so that "myDestination" is visible? For instance, is there a way for me to find out what the coordinates are of the Field value in MSWord and using those values for the specification of the \View tag?

Many thanks in advance,

Adding a PDF Stamp Comment

OK, so you want to stamp your document. Maybe you need to give reviewers some advice about the document's status or sensitivity. This tip from author Ted Padova demonstrates how to add stamps with the Stamp Tool along with related comments.
