hi there
One way to do this is you can create PDF forms using full version of adobe acrobat, you can create signature fields in the forms where you want your clients to sign.
Each of your customer that wants to sign the document needs to have adobe acrobat reader 5.1 to digitally sign the form which is ofcourse free for download from adobe web site.
and there is a plugin available from verisign for adobe digital signatures for free.
the only expense that your clients might incur is purchasing verisign personal X509 certificate for fairly cheap price (think it cost $15.00)
