Hi,

i am using Adobe PDF Library version 5

I am creating PDF files.

It is possible to create text in the PDF when my text input is unicode value and not ascii value ?

If it possible.
Can someone give me just the general steps to do it. Too much information will confuse me as adobe does.
(I read so much in Adobe reference so I am confused. Type0 font , subsitute, pre-defined CMap, CID number.)

Some more notes . if anybody knows a firm answer, please do so.
i am using PDETextAdd to add my text. do I need to convert the unicode to ascii for it. I feel I will miss some data in that way. Or is there a way to give adobe the unicode and he will match the CID number and glyph to show.

Does I need to work with special font ??
