Topic: Looking for a PDF Manipulation Product

I was wondering if someone could refer any PDF manipulation products that I could use to carry out this particular scenario:
I have an existing PDF, but would like to change the "Author" name in the Document Summary (or Dictionary Info) to a new value. However, I do not want the "Modified" date in the Document Summary to change and if the PDF had the "Fast Web View" setting marked as "Yes" I want it to stay as "Yes". I'm aware that for most products, if the PDF is modified then a linearization tool must be used on the resulting PDF to re-optimize it (ie: mark Fast Web View as yes). I'm looking for a product that can be run from the command line (ie: as part of a batch process) in a Unix environment. If you could point me in the direction of any products that could perform these tasks, whether single-handedly or a combination of 2 products, I would greatly appreciate it. I have tried a couple products so far that had some promise. 1) Etymon PJ - but their support is practically non-existent. 2) Appligent APSetDocInfo - Extremely close to giving me what I want except it changes the "Modified" date in the Document Summary. Thanks for your help!
