If you use Macintosh computers, then Enfocus Pitstop plugin will not work since it isn't MacOS X native yet. There are some new capabilities in Acro6/PDF 1.5 including a new image compression type, JPEG2000, and support for layers. Pitstop (and other pre-Acro6 plugins) most probably will not be able to detect or modify these new types.
