What's wrong with Acrobat 6? I use PDFMaker in Word on a 5Mb file and it churns forever on all the default settings. In Acrobat 5 it only took about 20 minutes. But now, it took over two hours on each attempt, and then dumped the file in my temp directory named AcrE.pdf. I also right-clicked in Explorer on similar files with the same result.

Any idea? I'm amazed that Acrobat doesn't just "work," and I continue to be disapointed not in its abilities, but in its failures so far.
