Short version: can you create PDF/X-1a files using only Distiller 6,
or will you still need a third party utility like the Apago plug in?

The Acrobat 6 new features list says, "Examine Adobe PDF files for
PDF/X compliance and PostScript level compatibility for reliable
printing." I noted that it said "examine" and not "create."
