I use PDFMaker 6 (Pro) to create PDFs from Word XP. How do I set the hyperlink appearance to a thin solid black rectangle? The resultant PDFs open with an invisible marker in AA 5 and 6 Pro.

PDFMaker 5.0.5 had a property sheet where I could set the hyperlink appearance... but I can't find the place to set that in 6!
