For us, the answer is no until Adobe understand they need to find ways to allow users to sign and save data in Reader to encourage more sales of the full product (Pro for top end users and Standard for others). Acrobat 5 copes quite well with what we use it for currently.
However, we are starting to stretch 5 a bit so are looking for alternatives and Adobe is slipping down the list of possibles.
Acrobat 6 isn't worth the upgrade to us at the moment.
