You aren't using Acrobat on the web server itself, are
you?!?!?! You do now that Acrobat isn't normally licensed for server
usage and you'd need a special license/permission from Adobe to run it in
this environment. (and even if you got such license/permission, Acrobat is
not technically suited for it!)

Yes, Acrobat 6's "Web Capture" is MUCH improved in MANY areas...

If you need the EXACT SAME representation as IE, then you're only
choice is ActivePDF since they use the IE engine to render HTML...
