OK.

We are under budget constraints and will be down to one
person trying to maintain 200 PDF forms. I have not heard of
or seen a system, tool, or product that will make our work almost fully automated.

The fillable PDF forms can be accessed over the internet and
data comes back to an oracle database.

I would like to recommend a solution to my department, but
I am not 100% convinced that there is one. When the forms
come in, I would like to press a button and the forms become fillable PDF forms, automatically connecting to our database.

If there is a solution on the market, which also creates section 508 compliant PDF forms,
there would be large federal orders going out. I would know.

Thanks,
M.H.
